It's important to note that there are two different Aston Martin Vanquish ASM transmission pump motors versions available. Depending on the production date of your vehicle you may have the other version. 90% of pressure failures can be a result of electric motor or accumulator wear. Both the electric motor and accumulator are regular wear items and eventually wear out. We suggest changing them as part of a regular maintenance cycle.
Replacement of electric relay is highly recommended anytime there is a motor failure.
