This item is a rebuilt Fiat 500 pump. This hydraulic pump is in Fiat vehicles with the dual clutch transmission (DCT). The rebuilt DCT pump is a remanufactured version of the original pump that has been restored to its original specifications and performance standards.
This is a full overhaul and rebuild service for hydraulic unit. Services and products included are:
New hydraulic motor
New accumulator
All seals replaced
Ultrasonic cleaning of all components
Bench tested for pressure retention
During the rebuilding process, the Fiat 500 pump is disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and inspected for damage or wear. Any damaged or worn parts are replaced with new or refurbished components, and the pump is reassembled and tested to ensure proper functioning.
The pump is a regular wear item. If the vehicle does not have the correct pressure it will present transmission codes pointing the user to the clutch. We suggest changing this item first before diagnosing the rest of the system as you require system minimum pressure.
