Where We Ship
We currently ship everywhere in the world aside from: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Libya, and Somalia.
Delivery Timeframes
Our estimated delivery times depend on your destination. Please note that these timeframes refer to the time in transit after your order has been handed over to the carrier.

Order Processing and Handling Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. Any significant delays will be communicated by email.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Orders returned due to failure to pay duties & Taxes will be subject to additional shipping charges and restocking fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date. Keep all shipping materials as received this is part of the insurance process.
We may require photos of damaged packaging and products to assist with claims.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges and restocking fees.
Freight / Oversized Items
Certain oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be communicated before shipment if necessary.
Core returns are customers responsibility to pack accordingly and ship to designated location.
