E46 M3 SMG II Electric Motor (NEW)

This is a NEW E46 M3 SMG pump replacement motor only.

This is a direct replacement that includes bolts and slide pins that insert directly into the OE BMW connector.

This unit is designed specifically for SMG duty cycle to handle high torque of 90bar (1300 PSI) pressure requirements.

FREE BMW special pin extraction tool is included in kit.

E46 M3 SMG Pump Motor kit Includes:

• 1 High torque DC motor
• 1 BMW pin Installation tool
• 1 Drive coupler
• 2 new installation screws
• 1 Sealing gasket
• 1 Grease packet
• 1 year warranty

90% of SMG pump failures are due to motor malfunction and system pressure loss.

E46 M3 SMG Pump Motor is warrantied and as part of this coverage it is mandatory that you change the salmon relay and 40amp fuse. If you have previously had a failure with the motor it is imperative that you change the salmon relay and 40amp fuse. Not doing so could cause erratic switching on/off times of pump and lead to damage of new components.
