This is a NEW test kit designed specifically to read live VANOS (variable valve timing system) pressures and diagnose the system. Our kit is designed specifically for the high pressure requirements of the VANOS system (90 bar or 1300 PSI and up). This kit has been built to service both the S54 and S85 engines found in the M3, M5 and M6 models.
Our kit can be used to service both the right and left VANOS hoses. With our design you can save time during your diagnosis by not having to remove the valve cover to check for broken bolts, damaged crush washers or loose components.
Here is what your kit will include:
- High pressure hose kit that can withstand pressures of up to 630 bar or 9100psi
- High quality fittings and banjo connections
- Liquid filled gauge, which provides cushioning to reduce pointer flutter and internal damage
- Accuracy of ± 1 %
